I started right where you’re at, in the office. I found my passion for dental insurance and billing procedures over the past decade and noticed just how much time it can takeaway from patient care and the patient experience! My goal is to help you focus on what matter most making the patients visit one to remember! Pricing is based on your monthly office collections and the scope of services. For example:
Insurance Claims Services are billed based on insurance collections
Patient Billing Services are based on total office collections
Insurance Verification is a flat monthly rate depending on the number of verifications (up to 230/month included)

We update coverage tables, maximums, and deductibles, note frequency limitations related to the appointment, and offer custom code verifications tailored to your office’s procedures.

There is an additional fee for patient verifications beyond the 230-patient monthly limit. Pricing for overages can be discussed based on your practice’s volume.

We would love 90-days to prove our value to your practice, but we only require a 30-day cancelation notice.
